I was afraid. I was feeling like sitting on flame! Stunning looks. Stunning design. Oh no! How come? Dell Inspiron One 19. I am feeling bad! At last I shouted, ” How could Dell do that! It is just like a black hawk.” Suddenly my conscience whispered, “Yes, it is just like a black hawk, but it is just like Apple iMac too!”
—————
Dell must have gifted one Apple iMac to its One 19 designers asking them to design a ‘dell’ system that has to just look like iMac.
Of course, when everyone is having the below shown expectations, they should come out of that obviously. (Ha ha… on left Apple’s, on right Dell’s)

But how? They decided to re-invent the desktop. Soon they gave up the proposal and decided to forge Apple’s iMac.
It is not the first time for dell to follow/copy Apple’s innovative and path breaking ideas/designs. It is the nth time. For example, take Dell Adamo. Everyone knows it is just to give counter-effect to Apple MacBook Air.

So, as I was curious to see up to how much extent dell copied iMac to bring out One 19, I visited One 19 page. Great intro. This is what Dell site tells about One 19,
Just think of all the new desk space you’ll inherit with the new InspironTM One 19 all-in-one desktop. From its streamlined physique to its single cord, the Inspiron One 19 was designed to declutter your life. Plus, it’s a great value — its price is even smaller than the space it occupies.
I was like Rolling on the floor. In fact I appreciated Dell to not to spoil the concept of having entire CPU behind the screen and having backlit LED display and all the ports and CD/DVD drives on side of the system. One minor change is there – might be that was for telling it was their own idea – the DVD drive is given on the left side of the screen, but on iMac its on right.
So… to my curiosity, I wanted to tell you all about One 19 through my blog.
Here is the comparision.

You know very well, which one performs well and which one looks great.
After all as the Genius Innovator said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.”

Who is that Genius Innovator? My guess is Steve Jobs.
But, it is always easy to follow others. No hard work required.
Dell might have gifted one iMac. This line is too good.
iMac is looking good.
Not only Dell, Sony also release one notebook to counter act MacBook Air.

No need to guess, you can be sure, he is Steve.
What’s wrong in following dude? Anyway, credit goes to Apple only, right?
Apple should feel happy that others are following their ideas.
