So, this little guy was born to an American mom, Joanne Simpson and an Egyptian Arab father, Abdullah Jandali – later who left family for west to  pursue his career goals; was given away as an adopted kid by his mom to the couple – Paul and Clara.  By the age the kid was given way, he was 4 years old!

This guy grew up a little and was going to school, but never attended any class for lying in the  grassy-grounds thinking that he was an artiste and the grass was moving heads for his conduction of orchestra.  He used to sit under the trees talking to the birds and roamed in the paddies.

He, had meals at ISKCON Hare-Krishna temple and used to sleep there on steps, spent his time in friends’ dormitories, was hated by his girl friend for spending his time in Lord Krishna Bhajans and dancing with fellow ‘monks’.

Just Entered teenage – this guy had another interest – Electronics. As an enthusiastic nerd in electronics, a local geek’s club attracted him where he could find his best friend. They made great circuitries that were not possible to do at that time by any other one in the geek’s club. The boards were miniatured to the greatest extent with least possible No.of ICs on ‘em. In no time they became highly popular in designing and selling circuit boards.

Later, he dropped out of college, and joined a gaming-console programming company as a programmer – only to save money for a spiritual trip to India seeking realization and to find God, shaved his head and headed to India with his another friend carrying his backpacks. They roamed around Himalayas. Had a bizarre experience in India and rushed back to USA.

Okay, so far so good! You might have had a question about his personality. Ok… personality… Ah, what I can tell is – right now he is the best egomaniac, eccentric and an well known as*hole in Silicon Valley, US.

You might have guessed by this time, whom I am about, Stephen Paul Jobs, yes… Steve Jobs, the co-founder and current CEO of Apple Inc., the most valuable technology company in the world.

So, need to introduce him and his company and there is no need to repeat too, that, Apple is known for just-working, cool and the new-innovations-breathed-in products.  But on a fine day in his pat, this co-founder of Apple, Steve, was necked out from his own company who became later the only ‘savior’ for them. We all know how he is sharing his ‘Apple’ with us, what a delicious bites we are having. Delicious ‘Apple’s.

As an Apple fanatic and hater of Microsoft (by knowing history ;) ), I am educating my friends (Sorry guys, this is not a good word to mention or write) by sending periodic mails on Apple History, Apple legacy, Apple news, Apple facts and great profiles who are using Macs and because of what they are enjoying their work. Even my mail signature contains Mac Facts. On seeing replies, I can tell at least some of my friends are reading them and if I miss to send a mail on a day, I get mails asking for Apple Mail. Because of these mails two of my friends really discussed with me and bought  two MacBook Pros (13’’ and 15’’). Whenever I go to iStore or imag!ne store, I see many youngsters and ‘admirers’ looking at Macs having a ‘test ride’ (Of course, the price tag may not be light.) I am happy for that. At least they want to be away from Microsoft. (In my company I am forced to use Windows 7 UnderPraise (enterprise, I mean)) These are all apart.  Okay… these are all apart. Jump into story! :)

Ask any reporter or CEO or anyone, no one gets into mess with Steve. He is such a sh*t. Employees don’t wanto to fall in his sight, because they may get fired in lift, corridor, cafeteria or lab. No one knows what he thinks. No one knows what his ideas are about. No one knows what he is going to do for Apple. One day he would ask the MacBook to be cased in black polycorbonate plastic arguing that that was the best, the later day he would come and tell who the f**k asked you to design it for black plastic case, design it for white one. Wow! Great. He just intentionally forgets his own past, he does not live on his mistakes. He counts only for today. He does waz da best for this season. He yells at his board members, executive and engineers. Yet, he has his own circle of great people who love him, admire him, follow him and looks forward to see him talking about technology and products for Apple. They don’t give a damn even if he scolds them often, they themselves admit that if Steve doesn’t like their work, certainly they would not have done it well! They would have felt bad when he ruthlessly killed some product lines with out releasing them to the public, but they love to work under him because he squeezes the talent out from them. He always pushed his design engineers to work like artistes and to ‘breathe in some sex’ into their products so that they can be appealable to the public.

Being hard to everyone never brought down his gravity to pull crowds. He was never nice to Press, never nicer to his board members or engineers. But he could get standing ovation from ‘everyone’ on his return to Apple after his pancreas-cancer operation in one of his WWDConferences.

Among all the debates about the future of Apple Inc.’s, I like to talk more on “Who is the next Steve Jobs for Apple?” Ram, my friend, who hates Apple only because I love it, always asks me only this question. I can answer “no one, but…Tim Cook can [Phil Schiller can]” But he never found my answer convicing!  That’s the mark Steve kept on morons too! (Sorry Rams) Apple runs on its design, perfection, quality and customer satisfaction (Asking me about iPhone 4? Will write a post later). Not only that, it runs equally on Steve’s gravity, aura and more than anything – his Charisma. What would happen to Apple if Steve were to die this moment (I am really afraid to write this line, cross fingers). Can Tim Cook, who successfully ran Apple in absence of Steve, take Apple further? As Apple is well known for industrial design, Is Jonathan Ive suitable? And of course, Apple has its best imprssion on marketing too, so is Phil Schiller the best as CEO? Time will answer this question. We have to wait for Steve!

I pray God for his long-living so that he will always be with Apple for a 20 more years as CEO and to ‘train’ Tim Cook (My next favorite CEO contestant for Apple :) ) and a 50 more years to cherish his efforts and success. I know this will not happen, not because God never listens to me, because Steve is mortal and no one knows when he gets invitation from God.  He is becoming thin and thin, old and old, but not his history or his works or efforts.

This post is pressed from my Mac. Love you Apple. Love you Steve.
